Our skilled technicians cut, stitch and finish your garments by hand, ensuring that the quality of each individual piece is to the highest degree possible before sending it off to the next stage of manufacture. All items undergo a four stage quality control procedure to ensure satisfaction and throughout bulk manufacture all stages are quality checked to ensure the highest standards.
Mil-Spec Nylon Fabrics
Fabric affects the function, comfort and lifespan of the equipment. As part of our commitment to quality we source only the highest quality Mil-Spec fabrics from our vast network of reputable British fabric suppliers or direct from textile mills, maintaining an extensive database of stock Mil-Spec fabrics ranging from 1000D, 500D Nylon and Webbing. We understand that some customers seek fabrics which are more unique than those available in stock and are well suited to developing and innovating new fabrics which are totally custom to your needs. We allow full control over the composition of the fabric and then dye it to suit your specification using Pantone colour matching. We can also apply additional washes for softness and improved hand feel. We are always happy to offer advice in determining the most applicable fabric for the function, meeting your requirements for colour, composition, hand feel, softness, durability and budget.
Mil-Spec Hardware
Often overlooked, hardware and trim is arguably as important as the fabric itself, since it is the finishing details which pay a huge part in determining the longevity of an item. Whether it’s the clip on a pouch, or the buckle on a belt, these are noticeable details which speak volumes when it comes to quality. We stock a vast selection of the highest quality Mil-Spec Clips, Ladders, D-Rings, and Buckles. However, for those customers who require something a little more bespoke we can offer custom hardware.

We also offer a commission coating service and can direct coat material with a wide variety of finishes such as:
